Shipping & Returns
Delivery:
- Embroidered apparel items are made to order and may require 2-3 weeks for delivery.
- We utilize USPS, UPS or comparable freight carriers.
PLEASE NOTE...Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% Processing Charge on total order amount.
Should your order be refused or abandoned, the return charges will be paid by Neary Martin and then billed to you. Should you refuse to pay for any services rendered, Neary Martin will only credit back the order amount after the 5% Processing Charge and any unpaid shipping charges are rendered.
PLEASE NOTE: HAWAII & PUERTO RICO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AT PRIORITY RATE!

Return Policy: As with any program of this type, the manufacturer does not allow logo merchandise to be returned unless it is damaged, not as advertised or has some other inherent flaw. Each order is customized to the specific size, color and style that the purchaser orders. Please contact us if you have received damaged product that needs to be replaced.
